Requirement

1. Should therefore have a valid nursing license in the nation where they currently reside (subject to verification). 
2. Should have a minimum a year of track record of delivering inpatient care at a major or significant secondary hospital.
3. Requires completion of a registered nurse training program in medicine, surgery, obstetrics, pediatrics, and psychiatry, both in practice and in theory, from a recognized school of nursing.
4. Although not necessary, a BSN is preferable.
5. Candidates for permanent residency shall fulfill the standards outlined under U.S. immigration.
6. According to Section 343 of the Illegal Immigration Reform andImmigration Responsibility Act of 1996, English proficiency is required(VisaScreen)
7. Should have a strong desire to explore lifestyle possibilities and professional growth in the United States.
8. Must be adaptable about assignment location.
